The app allows you to manually enter fitness-related information, such as workouts, exercises, body weight, body measurements, training progress, and workout difficulty.

Systema is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information in the app is intended only for personal workout tracking and fitness progress monitoring.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have any health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

6. Wearable Device Synchronization

If you use the app with Apple Watch, Wear OS, or another supported wearable device, some workout-related information may be transferred between your phone and the wearable device.

This may include active workout data, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, rest timers, and workout completion status.

This synchronization is used only to provide app functionality during workouts.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services for authentication, database storage, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or app distribution.

These services may include:

We do not use cookies to track or identify users.
